About The Position
The Area Coach (AC) is responsible for providing leadership and direct supervision to approximately 5 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants, ensuring that each Restaurant General Manager (RGM) meets or exceeds their Annual Operating Plan. The AC supports RGMs by coaching and directing them on a daily basis, focusing on performance targets in guest service, margin improvement, and employee satisfaction. This role also involves hands-on operational work as needed to train new managerial employees and address customer service needs.
