About the position

EmpRes Operated by Evergreen is seeking an Area Director of Admissions & Marketing to oversee the admissions process and marketing efforts for multiple skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) located in Billings, MT. This full-time position, which operates Monday through Friday, is entirely external, requiring the director to engage actively with the community and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in long-term care and skilled nursing, to effectively drive occupancy and revenue growth for the facilities. In this role, the Area Director will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies aimed at increasing facility occupancy and enhancing revenue streams. The director will manage the admissions process, which includes screening potential residents, coordinating tours, and ensuring that all activities comply with relevant regulations. Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations will be crucial for promoting the facilities and fostering a positive community presence. Additionally, the Area Director will monitor and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities, manage the admissions and marketing team, and provide necessary guidance and support. Ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations related to admissions and marketing is a critical aspect of this position, requiring a detail-oriented approach and strong leadership skills.

Requirements
