About the position

Titan Hotel Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Area Director of Operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for implementing strategic plans to achieve operational excellence, enhance guest services, and drive revenue growth across multiple hotel locations. You will lead and manage a team of managers and hotel staff, ensuring that all operations align with the company's goals and standards. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the organization. As the Area Director of Operations, you will monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
