About the position

The Area Field Product Manager plays a crucial role in driving growth initiatives within the sales region for Siemens Healthineers. This position involves leading and overseeing the sales process to ensure optimal performance of the Area sales team. The role is designed for sales professionals looking to advance their careers in sales, marketing, or commercial teams, with the potential for greater responsibilities after a successful 1-3 year assignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional deployment of Demo Trucks and VIPs at HQs.
• Assist in the development of local and Area Customer reference sites for the Siemens Healthineers DX portfolio.
• Ensure accurate preparation of deals and educate the team on proposal submissions.
• Act as the Area liaison for finance to ensure efficient deal progression through the sales pipeline.
• Manage the funnel and pipeline across all product lines to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Oversee the success of new hires post-sales training, including mentorship assignments.
• Monitor opportunities through Shareville to ensure accurate sales information and forecasts.

Requirements

• Proven success and experience in front-line sales diagnostics.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, territory forecasting, and sales strategy development.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in training and development, focusing on coaching and mentoring.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and capability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
