About the position
The Area General Manager (AGM) for Georgia-Pacific's Hummingbird® digital graphics business is a pivotal leadership role focused on driving transformative change in the digital print sector of corrugated packaging. The AGM will manage P&L, oversee business strategy, and lead a commercial team to ensure exceptional customer experiences while fostering a high-performance culture. This position requires strong commercial, financial, and technical acumen, with a focus on innovation and collaboration across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead P&L management and day-to-day commercial activities.
- Drive business development and new customer acquisition.
- Deliver the company's value proposition in all customer interactions.
- Manage and develop the commercial team, including Customer Service and Sales Managers.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and profitable business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Foster a collaborative culture within a matrixed organization.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial sales management.
- Bachelor's degree.
