About the position

The Area General Manager (AGM) for Hummingbird digital graphics business at Georgia-Pacific is a pivotal leadership role focused on driving transformative change in the digital print sector of the packaging industry. The AGM will oversee P&L management, lead business strategy, and cultivate a high-performance culture aligned with customer-centric goals. This position requires collaboration with operations and a strong emphasis on business growth and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead P&L management and day-to-day commercial activities.
• Drive business development, including new customer acquisition and building a customer-first culture.
• Deliver the company's value proposition in all interactions with customers, partners, and vendors.
• Manage and develop the commercial team, including a Customer Service Manager and Sales Manager.
• Identify and capture opportunities to innovate and grow the business profitably.
• Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with existing and new customers.
• Foster a collaborative culture within a matrixed organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commercial sales management.
• Experience managing a P&L.
• Bachelor's degree.
