About the position

The Area General Manager will oversee the operations of multiple hotels, including the Fairfield Inn and Suites Oakhurst, Hampton Inn Oakhurst, and Holiday Inn Express Oakhurst. This role focuses on leading a dedicated team to provide exceptional hospitality while ensuring the hotels are profitable and well-maintained. The GM will be responsible for managing staff performance, training, and achieving financial and operational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the hotel teams to ensure high standards of hospitality and service.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotels, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Train and coach staff in Front Desk, Housekeeping, Laundry, Facility, and Guest Service standards.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Achieve financial and operational results through effective management and leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and operational metrics.
