Ultimately, your goal will be to develop the autonomy of operational teams, enabling them to confidently manage their progress initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Apply Michelin Way tools, methods, and approaches to support and accelerate the success of progress initiatives.
  • Ensure operational teams become autonomous in managing their progress by facilitating their acceptance of change.
  • Successfully implement progress initiatives to enhance the performance of your entity.
  • Ensure that activity and time records are updated, and activity follow-up tools are in place and strictly maintained.
  • Perform necessary headcount and machine calculations to ensure capacities are under control.
  • Contribute to the progress network by sharing proven standard methodologies.
  • Determine key change players, ensure they are on board and committed to implementing progress initiatives.
  • Develop operational teams' long-term autonomy to manage their progress initiatives confidently and successfully.

Requirements

  • A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Entry-level candidates must have relevant internship or co-op experience.
  • Experienced candidates should have a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in industrial engineering tools and concepts, including time studies and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve processes and workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate efficiently with diverse teams, collaborators, customers, and partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and implement flawless solutions.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams towards achieving ambitious goals and driving change.
