About The Position

The Area Lead position at Titian Cleaning LLC involves performing janitorial duties across multiple locations in Baton Rouge. Requirements

• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to perform manual tasks requiring moderate physical strength.
• Ability to operate mechanical cleaning equipment.
• Ability to follow simple oral and written instructions in the performance of the job.
• Ability to establish and maintain working relations with supervisor and fellow workers.
• Knowledge and operations of mechanical cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge in floor care for both carpet and hard floor.
• Perform equipment and supply inventory at facility location.
• Must be able to communicate in English verbally and written.
• Applicant must pass E-Verify and Louisiana State Police Criminal Background Check.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash containers and recycle receptacles.
• Dust mop, sweep, wet mop, buff floors.
• Vacuum rugs and carpets.
• Scrub and clean restroom fixtures and keep restroom supplied with towels, toilet tissue, soap, and other items.
• Dust and clean walls, doors, windows, woodwork, and other above-floor surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen/break room area.
• Dust, clean and polish furniture.
• Clean door glass interior and exterior.
• Clean inside and applicable outside window glass.
• Police areas around outside of building.
• Perform related work as required and instructed.
