About the position

As an Area Manager at Right At School, you will oversee multiple in-school enrichment and childcare programs, ensuring high-quality program delivery and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for the operations, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability of each site, acting as a liaison between various stakeholders including program managers, educators, parents, and school administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of Right At School's curriculum and ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Maintain direct profit & loss responsibility for assigned programs.
• Market Right At School programs and seek opportunities to promote them at relevant school and community events.
• Ensure Right At School sites/programs meet state-specific licensing requirements.
• Implement effective standardized operating procedures to drive program quality.
• Develop positive, collaborative relationships with school administration, parent-teacher organizations, and Right At School staff.
• Manage key HR functions including scheduling, hiring, and employee development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years as a multi-unit manager.
• Direct P & L experience.
• Knowledge of child care licensing regulations preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and foster teamwork.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and manage deadlines.
• Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
