About the position
The Area Manager for Joe Hudson's Collision Center in Leander, TX is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple locations, ensuring that each meets or exceeds goals related to customer service, efficiency, quality, and administration. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage performance, recruit talent, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed all goals set for each location.
- Oversee the sales, overall production, and administration of each location.
- Monitor each location's performance to identify opportunities or trends and develop plans to address them.
- Ensure DRP accounts are properly managed and changes communicated through location managers.
- Recruit, recognize, and retain top talent for each location.
- Ensure each location meets all requirements of OE and I-Car standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills required.
- Prior knowledge of the auto collision industry.
- Demonstrated strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Effective communication skills in-person, orally, and through written correspondence.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high volume of activity.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and strong organizational skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Three (3) to five (5) years of management experience preferred.
