About the position

The Area Manager for Transportation Operations at Propark Mobility is responsible for overseeing multiple locations within their assigned portfolio, focusing on shuttle fleet management and team leadership. This role requires a strong background in the transportation industry, particularly with a hospitality focus, and involves managing operational and financial aspects to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary leadership and development to your teams.
• Support and guide supervisors and managers in handling customer service issues and day-to-day operational needs.
• Develop and maintain lasting, mutually productive client relations and attend client meetings.
• Review management reports and client statements to ensure financial results meet expectations.
• Analyze performance metrics, forecasts, and KPIs, and work with senior managers to maximize performance.
• Prepare annual budgets in collaboration with regional teams and corporate to ensure proper revenue generation and expense allocation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by company management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven leadership in the hospitality and/or parking industries.
• Outstanding operational and financial acumen.
• Impeccable conversational and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus.
• CDL License with Passenger endorsements is a plus.
• Proficiency in revenue control equipment, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
