About the position

The position is a contract role with Corestaff Services, lasting for one year with the possibility of extension. The primary objective of this role is to support all dealer marketing activities within the designated Area. This includes assisting in the creation, tracking, and implementation of dealer advertising, marketing, customer retention, and event activities as part of the Porsche Dealer Marketing Services (PDMS) program. The goal is to enhance brand awareness and strength while supporting the growth of the Porsche business in the Area. In this role, you will be responsible for developing local dealer event concepts in coordination with the Area Marketing Manager and dealer marketing agency, ensuring compliance with Porsche Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines. You will support the Area Team, which includes the Area Marketing Manager, Area Vice President, Regional Manager, AfterSales Manager, and PDMS Representatives, by providing analysis of dealer marketing needs and utilizing the PDMS program to support these activities. Additionally, you will assist in the development, production, and implementation of marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness within the Area. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing and compiling competitive marketing data to optimize market positioning, providing support and coordination for PDMS Representatives to enhance marketing activities, and conducting evaluations of projects and campaigns to assess market performance. You will play a key role in the creation and implementation of the PDMS program, contributing to the achievement of PCNA's sales objectives and ensuring proper brand representation. Furthermore, you will lead and participate in the strategic direction and implementation of customer retention marketing solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support the Area Team in organizing special events, promotions, and meetings to promote the PDMS program. This includes events such as Sports Car Races, Concours Events, and Auto Shows. You will also compile and maintain a dealer marketing event calendar to ensure sustained marketing opportunities within the Area, contribute to the achievement of PDMS Fund Utilization goals, and ensure adherence to CI guidelines in all marketing materials and communications. Lastly, you will manage an area marketing fleet of up to 18 cars for transportation to support dealer and area events, while ensuring compliance with IT security policies at Porsche Cars North America.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to CI guidelines in all dealer marketing materials and communications.
  • Manage an area marketing fleet of up to 18 cars for events.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies regarding business confidential information.

Requirements

  • College degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and record-keeping skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight.
