Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Area Operations Manager for our Florida Panhandle and Alabama market. This position will be based out of our Santa Rosa location. This position will provide daily purpose, focus, and direction for their area operations team. The role will partner with the Area Leadership Team, Branch Managers, Sales Center Leaders, and Warehouse Management teams to ensure the accurate execution of business processes to deliver goods and services to their area as efficiently as possible, to increase profits while ensuring safety and world-class customer service every time.
