About the position

The Area Operations Manager at The Good Eating Company is responsible for overseeing dining service programs in Washington DC and Reston Virginia, ensuring high customer satisfaction while aligning with the client's vision and expectations. This role requires a strategic leader with strong relationship skills to manage complex client organizations and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Corporate Services business in Washington DC and Reston Virginia.
  • Deliver high-quality dining service programs that achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Work in partnership with clients to meet their vision and expectations.
  • Manage multiple and often conflicting priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Develop and motivate a team across multiple sites in a complex environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of basic management experience.
  • 3 years of experience in operations.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience handling complex financial contracts.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relations skills.
