About the position

The Area Parts and Warranty Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the Parts and Warranty business within a designated zone. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of financial management in the RV industry. The manager will drive financial performance, maintain financial controls, and support the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Parts Department by ensuring the availability of necessary parts and accessories and coordinating with suppliers.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Develop and manage budgets for parts and warranty departments, analyzing financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and implementing feedback systems.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Oversee project management and implementation for new stores, ensuring timely and quality completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in parts and warranty dealership management, preferably in the RV or automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proven ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in DMS software and tools, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
