About the position

The Area Product Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing data and conducting demand research to support the development and optimization of a specific area within the product suite. This position requires strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach to work with cross-functional teams, ensuring data-driven decision-making is integrated into the product development process.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the annuities product area.
• Provide actionable insights to support prioritization and decision-making.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and opportunities for process improvement.
• Define, improve, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product area.
• Measure product performance and identify areas for improvement using data.
• Update, review, and maintain reports and dashboards for accuracy and completeness.
• Create awareness of findings and insights within the annuities product team.
• Collaborate with product developers and stakeholders to integrate data-driven decisions into the product development process.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Align, JIRA, Confluence, and LLM.
• Knowledge of agile framework, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques.
