About the position

The Area Product Analyst at JPMorgan Chase is responsible for analyzing data and conducting demand research to support the development and optimization of specific areas within the product suite. This role requires strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach to work with cross-functional teams, providing insights that drive data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the annuities product area.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and opportunities for process improvement.
• Define, improve, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product area.
• Measure product performance and identify areas for improvement using data.
• Update, review, and maintain reports and dashboards for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with product teams, developers, and stakeholders to integrate data-driven decisions into product development.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Align, JIRA, Confluence, and LLM.
• Knowledge of agile framework, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques.
