About the position
The Area Production Manager at Toll Brothers is responsible for overseeing all construction-related activities within assigned areas, ensuring compliance with building codes and company quality standards. This role focuses on optimizing construction budgets, managing resources effectively, and facilitating smooth production processes in the development of luxury homes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all construction-related activities within assigned areas.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and company quality standards.
- Optimize construction budgets and ensure adequate distribution of resources.
- Control permitting, starts, scheduling, and even flow processes.
- Collaborate with other functions on construction-related matters.
- Monitor home construction to ensure daily progress of houses.
- Coordinate even flow construction with release dates.
- Conduct weekly production meetings with construction managers.
- Complete BuildPro tasks through CM Go and handle SDW contracts as the first approver.
- Address challenges in the field and customer issues not resolved with construction managers.
- Serve as the communication liaison between assigned sales personnel and the DVPS.
- Coordinate and review weekly SWPPP inspections and maintain permits.
- Coordinate safety training and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in a Construction Manager role with experience in residential construction.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
