Responsibilities

• Professionally represent Pan Atlantic Foundation in the community
• Maintain relationships with local schools
• Raise public awareness about student exchange programs
• Recruit host families to host exchange students
• Conduct in-home interviews and check references for host families
• Perform host family orientation before the student arrives
• Conduct monthly check-ins with host families and students, documenting interactions online
• Check in with schools each semester

Requirements

• Must own a computer and have internet access
• Experience with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram
• Ability to post and monitor social media content related to host family recruitment
• Critical perception and objectivity in working with potential host families
• Genuine interest in working with teens and families
• Mature and able to remain objective
• Professional appearance and manner
• Well-networked in the community
