About the position

The Retail Sales Program Manager at ARS-Rescue Rooter is responsible for leading a team of marketers in retail environments to generate leads and set appointments for sales and service teams. This role requires a results-driven individual with strong management skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to ensure the success of the program.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, support, and manage a team of marketers (10+) in partnered retail stores (10+)
• Set appointments for professional sales and service teams
• Own projects and drive results
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to maximize team performance
• Travel around Virginia to retail locations 75% of the time

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience in sales canvassing, lead generation, or retail sales
• 5+ years of prior retail, sales, and/or marketing experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in retail management
• Experience in interviewing and recruiting
• Valid Driver's License

Nice-to-haves

• Experience managing multiple retail stores or kiosk locations
• Proven success in generating business leads and sales revenue
