The Area Sales Director for Chronic Therapies at Option Care Health will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the sales plan for the Chronic business segment, ensuring alignment with the national goals and objectives of the organization. This position is crucial for executing sales, marketing, and business development activities within the designated geographic area. The Area Sales Director will collaborate closely with other Area Sales Directors and the Vice President of Chronic Therapy Sales to coordinate efforts and plan strategically. A significant aspect of this role involves working in partnership with various sales teams and key supporting functions to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. In addition to sales execution, the Area Sales Director will be responsible for fostering relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), leading Advisory Board initiatives, and developing strategies for Ambulatory Infusion Suites. The role also includes building partnerships with Patient Advocacy groups and Professional Medical Societies to drive business results. The Area Sales Director will oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the chronic therapies sales team, ensuring that they are equipped to meet performance goals and maintain high visibility within the area through field engagement and attendance at regional meetings. The successful candidate will be expected to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and maximize opportunities. This position requires a results-oriented mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to analyze sales data to drive improvements.
