About the position

The Area Sales Manager position is responsible for managing a geographical sales territory, focusing on the development of independent and regional account business while achieving budgeted sales and profit objectives. This role involves regular customer engagement, business plan execution, effective resource management, and support for company-branded products.

Responsibilities

  • Manages a geographical sales territory.
  • Ensures the development of independent and regional account business.

  • Regularly calls on existing and potential customers.
  • Develops and executes business plans.
  • Effectively manages time and resources to attain results.
  • Builds business through the support of company-branded products.
  • Manages pricing and monitors credit term compliance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
  • 6-12 months of sales/marketing and/or restaurant experience
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Valid Driver's License

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Sales/Marketing, or related area
  • 1-2 years of service sales/marketing and/or restaurant experience.
