You will also be tasked with generating monthly reports for the Area Director, tracking key projects across various sectors and forecasting sales for manufacturing. The role demands a high level of organization, prioritization, and time management skills, as you will be juggling multiple projects and client needs simultaneously. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
  • Implement bid strategies to close business effectively.
  • Educate and provide technical support to engineers, owners, DOT agencies, and consultants.
  • Act as a liaison between the Engineering Department and clients to maximize efficiency.
  • Develop and execute a business development plan focused on transportation, private development, commercial projects, and infrastructure construction.
  • Generate monthly reports to the Area Director to track key projects and forecast sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in heavy civil, bridge, or concrete construction projects required.
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritizing, and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the steel or construction industries.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure construction problems.
