About the position

As the Area Sales Manager at Endotronix, you will play a pioneering role in driving the adoption and growth of our groundbreaking Cordella Heart Failure System (CHFS). This position is not just about sales; it’s about establishing Endotronix's presence in California within the healthcare community. You will be responsible for forging strong relationships with Heart Failure (HF) clinicians and key stakeholders, ensuring that our innovative technology is effectively integrated into their practices. This role offers a unique opportunity to spearhead the commercial success of a transformative technology that is set to redefine heart failure management. Your responsibilities will encompass territory management and customer engagement, where you will actively seek out new opportunities and nurture existing relationships. You will engage in strategic collaboration to penetrate the market effectively, ensuring that the CHFS is recognized as a leading solution in heart failure treatment. Additionally, you will provide clinical support and training to healthcare providers, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize our technology to its fullest potential. Your role will also involve account management, where you will oversee the ongoing relationship with clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our products and services. In this position, you will be expected to demonstrate your seasoned expertise in medical device sales, particularly within the cardiac or interventional cardiology fields. Your ability to communicate effectively and present new technologies in clinical settings will be crucial to your success. You will need to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, to drive the adoption of our technology. Integrity and ethics will be paramount in your role, as you will be representing Endotronix in various professional settings. With a willingness to travel up to 60%, you will seize opportunities to engage face-to-face with stakeholders, further solidifying your relationships and promoting our innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the adoption and growth of the Cordella Heart Failure System (CHFS) in California.
  • Establish Endotronix's presence within the healthcare community.
  • Forge strong relationships with Heart Failure (HF) clinicians and key stakeholders.
  • Manage territory and engage with customers effectively.
  • Collaborate strategically to penetrate the market and increase adoption of CHFS.
  • Provide clinical support and training to healthcare providers.
  • Oversee account management and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of medical device sales experience in cardiac or interventional cardiology.
  • Demonstrated experience in cardiac/cath lab cases.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Proficient in presenting new technologies and therapies in clinical trial settings.
  • Strong leadership abilities and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Ability to build robust relationships with diverse stakeholders, including key physicians.
  • High integrity and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% within California.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
