About the position

The Area Sales Manager for Chipr's Door to Door Sales Team is responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in door-to-door sales, contributing to the company's mission of being America's premier home solution provider.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve personal sales targets while mentoring the team.
  • Create a competitive and results-driven sales culture.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Regional Director.
  • Assign leads to sales representatives based on territory and expertise.
  • Coach sales representatives on effective lead generation strategies.
  • Regularly review and update the lead database to maintain accuracy.
  • Analyze lead data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • 2 years of leadership experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
