The Area Sales Manager for Chipr's Door to Door Sales Team is a pivotal role focused on driving sales and leading a team of sales representatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for building relationships and motivating others to achieve and exceed sales targets. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for executing sales strategies, mentoring new hires, and fostering a competitive sales culture within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales execution by setting and achieving personal sales targets.
  • Mentor and shadow new hires to accelerate their performance and earnings.
  • Create a competitive and results-driven sales culture to motivate the team.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Regional Director.
  • Assign leads to sales representatives based on territory and expertise.
  • Coach sales reps on effective lead generation strategies.
  • Regularly review and update the lead database (Spotio) for accuracy.
  • Analyze lead data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • 2 years of leadership experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
