As an Area Sales Manager for Medtronic's ENT Head & Neck division, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our Neuro ENT products and services within a designated geographic area. This field-based position requires you to engage with various stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, audiologists, hospital administrators, and practice managers, to build and strengthen long-term relationships that drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Your primary objective will be to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring that our clients derive maximum benefits from our products and services. In this role, you will be responsible for pursuing leads and assessing customer needs to provide tailored product services. You will also provide essential support and service to clinical personnel in surgical environments, ensuring they are well-informed about our offerings. Education will be a key component of your responsibilities, as you will promote and establish training sessions on our products and services to ensure that all stakeholders are equipped with the necessary knowledge to utilize our solutions effectively. Conducting market research will be another critical aspect of your role, as you will need to stay informed about customer and competitor activities. You will implement market development plans and strategies, making adjustments as necessary to respond to changing market dynamics. Additionally, you will communicate customer feedback regarding new products or modifications to existing products to internal stakeholders, including Research and Development, Operations, and Marketing, to help drive innovation and improvement in our offerings.
