As the Manager for the Enterprise Account Team, you will lead a group responsible for managing our top-tier enterprise accounts across the United States. This team plays a crucial role in coordinating all aspects of our business relationships, including demand generation, sales, strategic account planning, and overall client relationship management. Your leadership will be essential in driving sales generation and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. In this position, you will proactively develop large project opportunities that encompass a wide range of products and services, with a particular focus on next-generation technology and platforms. Building strong, trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within and outside of public safety will be a key aspect of your role. You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of the sales team, interfacing with all team members to drive business results and motivate the necessary activities. Your responsibilities will also include leading internal teams on critical projects and issue resolution, maintaining target customer intelligence data in SalesForce for accurate sales forecasting, and achieving both order and revenue financial performance for your assigned territory. You will network and develop strategies with key Motorola Solutions partners, accurately forecast order and revenue numbers, and measure results in the sales funnel to ensure targets are met or exceeded. As a coach and consultant for Account Managers, you will drive efficiencies and contributions while staying aware of competition and technology disruptors that may impact your territory. Understanding Motorola Solutions' contract terms and compliance requirements will also be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the Enterprise Account Team for Motorola Solutions.
  • Proactively develop large project opportunities encompassing a wide range of products and services.
  • Develop strong, trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
  • Responsible for the strategy and execution of the sales team.
  • Effectively lead internal teams on critical projects and issue resolution.
  • Maintain target Customer intelligence data in SalesForce for accurate sales forecasting.
  • Achieve both order and revenue financial performance for the assigned territory.
  • Network and develop strategies with key Motorola Solutions partners.
  • Accurately forecast order and revenue numbers on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Measure results in the sales funnel and account forecasts and take corrective action as needed.
  • Function as a coach/consultant for Account Managers to drive efficiencies and contributions.
  • Stay aware of competition and technology disruptors that may impact the territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 4+ years of documented track record of sales performance within a technology environment.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Understanding of MSI radio portfolio, mobile & fixed video, and Safety & Security Ecosystem.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-Level executives.
  • Ability to motivate diverse cross-functional teams to action in achieving common goals.
  • Ability to drive strategies with customers for Motorola success in the bid environment.
  • Understanding of Motorola portfolio, competitive landscape, and customer procurement processes.
