In this role, the Area Sales Manager will represent Enhabit in various professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, public health agencies, and nurses' associations. The successful candidate will implement programs and protocols aimed at improving home health care and hospice services, serve as a public awareness representative for Enhabit, and be responsible for public education regarding the services available through our agency. Meeting and exceeding referral and admission goals set by the Division Manager will be a key responsibility of this position. Responsibilities

  • Represent Enhabit in activities involving professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, public health agencies, and nurses' associations to inform them of available services.
  • Implement programs and protocols that enhance home health care and hospice services.
  • Serve as a public awareness representative for Enhabit.
  • Educate the public about home health care and hospice services available through the agency and the methodologies for obtaining such services.
  • Meet and/or exceed referral and admission goals as set by the Division Manager.

Requirements

  • Previous home health or hospice sales experience is preferred, but talent and demonstrated sales performance are equally important.
  • Must have a college degree, or at least one year of sales or business experience, or be a licensed nurse.
  • Ability to develop and support referral source relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be comfortable with making cold calls.
  • Ability to execute presentations to physicians with confidence and composure.
  • Exceptional and consistent customer service skills.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
