The Area Sales Manager will engage in a relationship sales role, focusing on developing and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders. This includes executing “win-win” scenarios for both the customer and NIBCO, tracking and winning jobs and projects in the local market, and communicating local market conditions and competitive activities to Regional Managers regularly. The position also involves conducting presentations on NIBCO products to both small and large groups, writing specifications that include NIBCO products, and providing field training at all levels on NIBCO products. Overnight travel is required for this position, emphasizing the need for flexibility and commitment to the role.
