About the position

The Area Sales Manager for Louisiana at Sciton is responsible for driving sales of medical aesthetic lasers and light source technologies within a defined territory. This role involves achieving sales targets, prospecting new customers, conducting product demonstrations, and managing post-sale customer relationships. The position requires a self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales of all Sciton products within defined territory.
• Achieve sales targets and manage a $2.5M quota.
• Prospect new customers and conduct customer presentations.
• Perform product demonstrations and close sales transactions.
• Plan and implement strategies for elevating sales.
• Conduct marketing research and manage territory effectively.
• Handle post-sale customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Field Service and corporate staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or science.
• Successful experience selling capital equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to establish relationships quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly and concisely.
• Understanding of Return on Investment selling methodology.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience selling to plastic surgeons and physicians is preferred.
