About the position

The Area Sales Manager for Medical Devices is responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory. This role requires a strong background in sales, particularly in capital equipment, and the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to a diverse customer base, including plastic surgeons and physicians. The position involves significant travel and offers a competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Communicate technical solutions clearly and concisely to customers.
  • Utilize Return on Investment selling methodology to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Interface with customers at all levels to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a sales quota of $2.5M and work towards achieving President's Club status.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or science.
  • Demonstrated experience selling capital equipment.
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively.
  • Experience in Return on Investment selling methodology.
  • Customer-service driven with the ability to interface with all levels of customers.
