The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving assigned goals related to the overall performance of a collection of 2-10 hotels. This includes effectively soliciting and securing new accounts for all assigned hotels, collaborating with the respective Directors of Sales and hotel leadership to meet revenue and market share goals. The focus of sales may vary based on the properties assigned, including Leisure, Business Travel, and Group SMERF segments. Management-level associates are expected to dedicate the necessary time to fulfill their job responsibilities, with overtime applicable for OEM associates.
