About the position

The Area Sales Manager for Ohio is responsible for driving sales of Sciton's medical aesthetic products within a defined territory. This role involves achieving sales targets, conducting product demonstrations, and managing customer relationships. The position requires strategic planning and execution to elevate sales performance while addressing post-sale customer issues. The Area Sales Manager will work closely with the U.S. Regional Sales Manager and collaborate with various corporate departments to ensure customer satisfaction and sales success.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales of all Sciton products within defined territory.
• Achieve sales targets.
• Prospect for new customers and conduct customer presentations.
• Perform product demonstrations and close sales transactions.
• Plan and implement strategies for elevating sales.
• Conduct marketing research and manage territory effectively.
• Handle post-sale customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Field Service and corporate staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or science.
• Demonstrated experience selling capital equipment.
• Self-starter, results-driven, and highly organized.
• Ability to establish relationships quickly.
• Effective communication of technical solutions in clear presentations.
• Understanding of Return on Investment selling methodology.
• Experience selling to plastic surgeons and physicians is preferred.
