About the position

As the Area Sales Manager at Endotronix, you will play a pioneering role in driving the adoption and growth of our groundbreaking Cordella Heart Failure System (CHFS). This position is crucial as we prepare to commercialize this revolutionary heart failure management system, which has recently received FDA approval. You will be responsible for establishing Endotronix's presence in the Pacific Northwest, specifically in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, within the healthcare community. Your role will involve forging strong relationships with Heart Failure (HF) clinicians and key stakeholders, making you a vital part of our mission to redefine healthcare. Your responsibilities will encompass territory management and customer engagement, where you will actively seek out opportunities to connect with healthcare providers and promote the CHFS. You will also engage in strategic collaboration and market penetration, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of our technology. Clinical support, training, and account management will be key components of your role, as you will provide essential training to healthcare professionals and manage ongoing relationships with accounts. Additionally, you will represent Endotronix in professional development settings, showcasing our innovative solutions and their impact on patient care. Responsibilities

  • Drive the adoption and growth of the Cordella Heart Failure System (CHFS) in the Pacific Northwest.
  • Establish Endotronix's presence within the healthcare community in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
  • Forge strong relationships with Heart Failure (HF) clinicians and key stakeholders.
  • Manage territory and engage with customers to promote the CHFS.
  • Collaborate strategically to penetrate the market and enhance product adoption.
  • Provide clinical support and training to healthcare professionals.
  • Manage accounts and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
  • Represent Endotronix in professional development settings.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of medical device sales experience in cardiac or interventional cardiology.
  • Demonstrated experience in cardiac/cath lab cases.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Proficient in presenting new technologies and therapies in clinical trial settings.
  • Strong leadership abilities and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Ability to build robust relationships with key physicians and stakeholders.
  • High integrity and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% for face-to-face engagements.
  • Expertise in conflict resolution principles and techniques.
