As a Digital Sales Consultant for Capital One Auto Finance, you will play a pivotal role in partnering closely with a defined set of Automobile Dealerships. Your primary responsibility will be to provide consultative guidance that helps each dealer achieve its operational objectives. This position requires you to build entrenched relationships with business owners and key decision-makers throughout the organization, ensuring the adoption of our suite of lead-generation products and lending solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for each dealer, overseeing the end-to-end activities related to product adoption, which includes product presentations, dealership training, and monitoring dealer performance. In this role, you will leverage the strength of Capital One Auto Finance's dominant position in automotive financing, supported by our reputation as a tech leader in the industry. You will be part of a team that is rapidly expanding its footprint across dealership sales and financing operations. Your ability to establish trusted relationships with key decision-makers at each dealer location will be crucial in maintaining and growing Capital One Auto Finance's leading position as a national full credit spectrum auto lender. You will become a product expert across our digital lead-generation platform, providing innovative solutions that help dealers achieve their sales objectives. Your responsibilities will include confidently delivering sales presentations and facilitating dealer training to drive product adoption. You will need to be innovative, organized, and driven to achieve extraordinary business results while providing best-in-class service to each dealer. Additionally, you will create and execute a monthly plan of dealer engagement based on careful analysis of available data and sales metrics, working closely with internal business partners and teammates to drive cohesion and operational excellence.
