About the position

The position is responsible for improving the productivity of a group of sales colleagues within the Rentokil family of companies. The role involves implementing and coordinating training and development programs for new hires, providing mentoring and coaching, and partnering with field leadership to maximize performance. The position focuses on achieving key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and colleague retention.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, onboard, train, manage & engage a team of frontline sales colleagues in designated area.
  • Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within territory to align goals and drive performance.
  • Lead weekly meetings with the team to monitor performance and focus on skill development.
  • Provide ongoing technical training on services offered in the assigned territory as needed.
  • Facilitate one-on-one debriefs with the team to understand training needs and improve sales performance.
  • Ensure the team meets or exceeds activity standards for Field Sales Colleague performance.
  • Monitor progress against revenue objectives and ensure accountability with Operations for APITDA realization.
  • Serve as steward of the RentokilTerminix business model to ensure excellence in program delivery at the branch level.
  • Monitor, coach, and develop the team for effective growth and development.
  • Plan and organize job-related items for new hires.

Requirements

  • At least one (1) year of Rentokil Terminix experience in designated field with RTX.
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and technical procedures.
  • Skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to perform basic business mathematics and analyze sales data.
  • Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license.
