About the position

The Area Sales Manager will lead sales efforts in the Crosby, Dayton, and Liberty areas of Texas, focusing on driving revenue growth through strategic management and exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong background in sales, particularly in territory management and upselling, along with the ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the assigned region.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular territory assessments to optimize sales performance and market presence.
  • Lead product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, highlighting key performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a territory management role.
  • Strong background in upselling techniques and inside sales practices.
  • Familiarity with software solutions related to sales processes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Experience in hotel sales or similar environments is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player committed to achieving collective goals.
