Your leadership will extend to managing the sales incentive and commission plans, ensuring they are administered correctly. You will also oversee policies related to sales staffing, recruitment, succession planning, and training processes. A key aspect of your role will be to provide direction for the professional development of sales staff, ensuring that training and project requirements are met. You will personally coach, train, and mentor your direct reports, offering career development opportunities through various training and quality management activities. Conducting annual performance reviews for all department staff will also be part of your responsibilities.
