As an Area Sales Manager at Tavil USA CORP, your primary mission will be to generate opportunities and drive growth within the packaging sector. You will be responsible for seeking out and engaging potential clients through various outreach methods, including direct door-to-door visits, participation in trade shows, and exhibitions. Your focus will be on acquiring new customers while also expanding our market presence. This role requires you to develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring both retention and new client acquisition. To succeed in this position, you will need to leverage your industry expertise, particularly in the packaging sector. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in industrial sales is essential, demonstrating your ability to drive results and meet targets. You must be a U.S. citizen, preferably residing in states such as Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, or Virginia. While an engineering degree is recommended, it is not a strict requirement. Flexibility is key, as you will be expected to travel at least 50% of the time within the U.S. and occasionally to Spain. Proficiency in English at a negotiation level is essential, and knowledge of Spanish will be valued. Key qualities for this role include the ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in the packaging equipment sector will be considered a plus. Compensation for this position includes a negotiable base salary based on your experience and value, along with a performance-based bonus starting from $20,000. Note that this position is contracted through Tavil USA CORP, and you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid remote setting from Boston, MA.
