About the position

The Area Sales Manager at Harnish Group Inc. is responsible for overseeing a machinery equipment territory with a focus on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and personnel management. Responsibilities

• Oversee machinery equipment territory for revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Manage P&L and personnel responsibilities within the territory.
• Formulate business plans and programs to drive sales and operational success.
• Identify business and employee needs, and address ongoing product issues.
• Evaluate statistical reports to assess performance and make necessary recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or ten years related experience including five years of supervisory or management experience and five years progressive sales experience or a combination of both.
• Vast knowledge of the machinery industry.
• Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
