About the position

Kriya Hotels is seeking an energetic and experienced sales professional to join our dynamic team as Area Sales Manager. This role is based at Home2 Suites DFW Airport and also represents Home2 Suites Grand Prairie and Home2 Suites Ft Worth Northlake. The Area Sales Manager will focus on building strong partnerships with customers, executing quarterly business strategies to drive revenue, and being actively involved in the community.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers.
• Execute quarterly business strategies to drive revenue and measurable results.
• Make local sales calls and be actively involved in the community.
• Nurture relationships with existing clients and maintain a target list of new prospects.
• Conduct direct local sales calls, telemarketing calls, and sales promotions.
• Assist with on-site meeting coordination as required.
• Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients.

Requirements

• Experience in sales.
• Valid Driver's License.
