Homes by WestBay & Casa Fresca Homes is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Tampa Bay area. This role is pivotal in setting pricing strategies and generating sales while ensuring new home deliveries annually. The Area Sales Manager will supervise the Sales Consultants (SC) and is responsible for maintaining effective communication and collaboration within the sales team. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering an exceptional homebuilding experience to our customers. The Area Sales Manager will communicate regularly with Sales Consultants to discuss sales production demands, goal setting, and product knowledge. This includes preparing and monitoring sales numbers on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, and making recommendations to the Vice President of Sales Operations based on these insights. Monthly sales meetings will be conducted to enforce company policies and directives, while also addressing any issues that arise within the team. In addition to overseeing sales activities, the Area Sales Manager will maintain current market knowledge about Realtor programs and competing home builders, providing valuable input to shape the company's sales structure. The role also involves mentoring Sales Consultants, conducting performance appraisals, and assisting in organizing special events to promote the communities and company initiatives. The Area Sales Manager will be on call seven days a week to support the sales team and handle escalated customer concerns, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
