About the position

As an Area Sales Manager at Koi CBD, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships within your designated territory. This full-time position requires a proactive individual who can identify new sales leads and maintain a robust network of sources. You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations and training sessions, ensuring that potential customers understand the benefits and functionalities of our products. Your role will also involve attending events and trade shows to promote and sell our offerings, making it essential to be comfortable in public settings and engaging with diverse audiences. In this position, you will communicate directly with customers and leads to assess their needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Your ability to ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management will be vital, as you will need to resolve any issues that arise post-sale. You will maintain detailed reports of your sales activities, including calls, orders, and any challenges faced with customers or vendors. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing periodic sales forecasts for your territory and managing product payments, including cash and credit transactions. The role requires you to develop route plans and daily activity schedules to optimize your time and ensure that company products and promotional materials are prominently displayed at the businesses you service. You will also be expected to handle various administrative tasks related to sales management and customer relations, all while maintaining a professional demeanor. Responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
  • Conducts product demos and training.

  • Demonstrates product functions and utility based on customer needs.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers about new products and services.
  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, and customer relationship issues.
  • Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
  • Manages product payment including sales settlements and collection of past due accounts.
  • Handles cash payments and credit card transactions professionally.
  • Develops route plans and daily activity schedules.
  • Maintains tracking inventory and ensures proper display of products.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least one year of related experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Experience with CRM (Customer Relations Management) programs.
