As an Area Sales Manager at our company, you will be a pivotal part of our sales team, focusing on the growth and expansion of our medical and aesthetic laser devices in the North American market. With our impressive growth over the past five years, we are looking for a dynamic individual who can lead sales efforts in their designated area. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, coordinate, and execute sales strategies that not only meet but exceed our sales objectives. This role requires a proactive approach, as you will be expected to identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with existing clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. In this position, you will be tasked with preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of potential customers. You will need to perform cold calls and visits to both potential and existing clients, promoting our diverse range of products. A thorough understanding of our offerings, as well as competitive products and pricing, will be essential for success. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer feedback and market trends to adapt your strategies accordingly. Building relationships with key decision-makers at target companies will be crucial, as you will be expected to close sales effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a hunter mentality, demonstrating a strong ability to close deals and achieve sales quotas. You will need to be self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities under pressure. Your interpersonal and communication skills will be vital in establishing rapport with clients and presenting our products persuasively. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Manage client relationships by providing customer service and maintaining client loyalty
  • Prepare and present sales pitches to customers, identify customer needs, and recommend the best products and services
  • Perform cold calls and visits to potential and existing customers to promote the products
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered and be able to effectively communicate them to customers
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of competitive pricing and products
  • Continually monitor customer feedback and market trends
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers at target companies and close sales

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Experience selling medical devices, surgical devices, laser, cosmetic, or aesthetic products
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain coachable
  • Exhibit a high level of initiative and ambition
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
