About the position

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) for Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists (AWRS) is responsible for marketing wheel repair services to local car dealerships and body shops. This role requires strong sales skills, particularly in the automotive sector, and involves managing a team of mobile technicians and delivery drivers while ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Market AWRS Wheel Repairs to car dealerships and body shops.
• Manage a team of Mobile Technicians and Delivery Drivers.
• Plan and organize weekly site visits and dealership meetings.
• Process invoices for each dealership and provide weekly projections of costs and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with service agreements and company policies.
• Maintain effective multi-site management of up to 30+ dealerships.
• Evaluate and improve Workflow processes for efficiency.
• Develop strong relationships with dealership staff and maintain regular communication.
• Respond to dealer needs with urgency and resolution.
• Ensure quality control of wheel repairs to meet dealer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical automotive school completion preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience as a Supervisor or Manager in auto body repair or dealership settings.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to drive a car, including manual transmission.

Nice-to-haves
