Responsibilities

• Have their own sales targets to show the team how it’s done and help reach goals
• Mentor & shadow with new hires to get them up to speed and start making money
• Create a competitive and results-driven sales culture that motivates the team to reach their full potential
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Regional Director
• Assign leads to reps based on territory, expertise, and availability, optimizing chances of conversion
• Coach and lead reps on effective lead generation strategies
• Regularly review and update lead database (Spotio) to maintain accuracy and relevance
• Analyze lead data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• 2 years of leadership experience in managing high-performing sales teams
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
