The Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales execution of Avadim Health products within their designated geographic territory, specifically targeting clinical health accounts. This role requires building a professional network of clinical support and referral sources to enhance sales performance. The Area Sales Manager is tasked with delivering annual sales results as assigned by Avadim leadership, which involves attending national and regional/state conferences as required. The position supports company sales initiatives by utilizing approved marketing materials, sales presentations, and clinical studies to effectively communicate the value of the products. A key aspect of this role is mastering the delivery of research, clinical studies, and publications that support the brand. The Area Sales Manager must employ strategic thinking to effectively route and target accounts, ensuring retention and growth within the territory. Regular use of the approved Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is expected, along with timely submission of expense reports as directed by the National Sales Director. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by Avadim leadership as necessary, reflecting the dynamic nature of the sales environment. This position is designed for individuals with a strong background in sales, particularly within the healthcare sector, and requires a proactive approach to overcoming sales obstacles and navigating complex hospital environments. The Area Sales Manager will also be expected to present effectively to C-suite level hospital management, showcasing their ability to communicate at high levels within healthcare organizations.
