The Area Sales Manager at Western Funding Inc. plays a crucial role in the company's growth strategy by acting as the primary liaison between the company and its dealer partners. In this full-time position, the Area Sales Manager will report to the Regional Sales Managers and will be expected to work remotely and travel extensively, up to 75% of the time, to meet with dealers. New hires will receive comprehensive training to equip them with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the field. The supportive team environment encourages collaboration and helps overcome sales barriers, ensuring that each Area Sales Manager can effectively communicate the company's products and services to all levels of management within both independent and franchise dealerships. The responsibilities include presenting and communicating company offerings, identifying sales prospects, following up on leads, and maintaining effective communication with dealer partners.
